This review identified a number of needs and actions, such as optimizing invoice recognition. Thanks to this adjustment, Kofax will be able to recognize an increasing number of invoices, ensuring that the solution is deployed in a smarter (self-learning) and future-oriented manner. To ensure this process runs as effectively as possible, it is necessary to clean up incorrect or outdated files. This results in improved and faster performance of the recognition process. Additionally, there is a desire to configure the email files so that all unnecessary attachments are automatically removed. All requests and findings have now been implemented, ensuring that the invoice solution is used even more efficiently.
“One of our goals is to automatically remove unnecessary attachments—such as .xml, .mso, .dat, .dwg, .wmz, .emz, .gif, .tiff, and .bin files—from all incoming emails, so that only relevant emails and attachments are imported into the invoicing solution. We’re pleased with this change, as it saves us a great deal of time when processing email flows.”
