Kickoff events: celebrating successes and setting goals together!
Every year, we start with two inspiring kick-off events: one at the beginning of the year and one halfway through. During the January kick-off, we look back and look ahead. We discuss whether we achieved last year’s business goals, set the goals for the new year, and—exciting!—reveal if and where the incentive trip will take us. Because if we achieve all our goals together, we’ll celebrate with an unforgettable trip! We’ve already enjoyed trips to Berlin, Brussels, and Texel together.
The mid-year kick-off is all about closing out the final deals and tying up loose ends to ensure a successful end to the year. It’s the perfect boost to help us cross the finish line together.
An example of one of those special days? The 2023 kick-off took place at the iconic Zandvoort circuit. In addition to inspiring presentations, the program featured exciting activities, such as SIM racing, a slalom competition, and an emergency lane challenge.
