Which team will you be working on?
You’ll be working on the Services Operations team, led by Manager Elco Verkleij. You’ll be working both at clients’ locations and at our office in Utrecht.
What are you going to do?
As an Information Security Officer, you are responsible for designing, implementing, and improving information security for our clients through the CISO-as-a-Service offering. This service forms the foundation of our Cybersecurity as a Service proposition. You are capable of independently and successfully delivering the CISO-as-a-Service offering. The Information Security Officer serves as a role model when it comes to customer satisfaction and customer experience, in addition to improving information security for various clients.
Your other responsibilities include:
- Launching, managing, documenting, and successfully delivering CISO-as-a-Service projects
- Developing and implementing an improvement plan with security milestones for the client
- Ensure continuous insight and reporting to the client and internal teams
- Providing support for projects in which budget control plays a key role
- Identifying other needs among customers who are part of the OneXillium portfolio
- You'll receive support with scheduling and work collaboratively as part of a team of other Security Officers
- Keeping professional knowledge up to date
- Handling customer inquiries and helping to translate customer requests into tangible improvements in security
- Delivering presentations, risk management workshops, and security awareness training sessions

What do you bring to the table?
- A completed associate's degree program
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
- Demonstrable knowledge of, for example, ISO 27001, DORA, NIS 2, or NEN 7510
- At least three years of experience in the field of IT or information security
- Preferred qualifications include: Previous experience working in information security, complex projects, or service management
What would we like to offer you?
- Salary range: A fixed gross monthly salary starting at €4,000 (junior), €5,000 (mid-level), and €6,000 (senior) based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on experience and skills
