OneXillium and XsolveIT Join Forces to Promote Secure Digital Work in the Benelux
Utrecht/ Sint Niklaas, May 12, 2026 – OneXillium and XsolveIT have joined forces in a strategic merger and will continue as a single group and a single brand under the name OneXillium. With a combined customer base of more than 5,000 clients, OneXillium is now among the largest Benelux players in the fields of Cybersecurity and EEnterprise Information Management (EIM), and MManaged Print Services (MPS).
The group will consist of OneXillium the Netherlands and OneXillium Belgium and will adopt “secure digital working” as its clear baseline. The combined group will be led by a Board of Directors chaired by Jo Van Onsem. All existing shareholders remain on board, which underscores confidence in the group’s shared vision, strategy, and growth potential underscores.
