But, in this enormous world of structured and unstructured data, we’ve got a world to win. For this reason, we are expanding our Business Automation team with a brand new role, a Data Engineer.

Huh, Data engineer, what is that?
As a Data Engineer within our Business and Technology team, your goal is to create the data infrastructure simply and efficiently. You’ll work closely with the Data Scientist and Application Manager as well as with the Sales Directors, Sales and Marketing colleagues. Together, you’ll be getting the best out of the selling cycles.
What are my activities?
As a Data Engineer you’ll design, build and integrate data from various sources, like Salesforce, Qlik, Hubspot, and Navision. By making data easily accessible for colleagues you’re playing an important role by optimizing the performance of the company’s strategy.
Challenges? You love them! By knowing and understanding the problems you’re able to optimize the organization. You enjoy solving complex problems and creating valuable information instead of unstructured data. Thanks to your good communication skills, you can make complex situations easy to understand for your colleagues. Also, you are an independent worker, but love to work in a team whenever it brings more value.
As a Data Engineer, you report to the Services and Operations Manager. You are part of our Business and Automation team that plays an important role in the digital transformation. In collaboration with the Services and Operations Manager, you set plans and goals to achieve the organization’s target.
Who are the customers?
Our customers vary from big international corporates to Dutch smaller independent businesses.
What does a working week look like?
As a Data Engineer, you have long-term projects. These can be very different but they are all for a long-term basis. You also need to include the people that are involved in the projects. You need to communicate well. Every week is different with you, but you always have a structure in it.
Where will I work?
You will work at our head office in Woerden.

- Experience with cloud services
